Laby Empowerment has build a resourceful team to help with bringing resources into the communities. Through continuous networking and partnerships Laby Empowerment is now able to reach over 300 people with necessary resources on a day to day basis.
Our approach is to improvise with resources that's available , in order to meet our mission . This direction has provided opportunities that we now can provide to Reentry , and the youth addressing leck of resources in communities.
These resources concentrate on housing as well. Though housing is in more demand , we continue to sought out housing for reentry/ homeless ,as we work on producing our own housing.
However , there are housings resources we work with.
We believe that a opportunity can only take you as far as you go . Most of our resources that's in the employment area are beginning jobs, that give you on site job skills . you get paid to learn.
We work with different staffing agencies to give individual a chance at getting they first job, or and employment opportunity
when your background keep you from finding work..
